Trybe Records super-producer extraordinaire Sarz is already known around the industry as a legend-in-the-making. While preparing his 1st solo project at Iman Studios, Sarz invited Wizkid and a few members of the Trybe crew to join him and listen to a few tracks. Luckily cameras were rolling as one track aptly titled “Beat Of Life” caught Wizkid’s attention, and a modern-day classic was born.
“Beat Of Life” (“Samba”) features Wizkid and is the 1st single off Sarz’s highly anticipated debut producer-album which will feature his signature top-notch production as well as collaborations with several high-profile Nigerian and international artists. Fans can expect the album to drop in 2013.
“BEAT OF LIFE” OFFICIALLY DROPS DECEMBER 8, 2012 and will be available on on digital and mobile platforms including iTunes, Spinlet, Spotify, Rhapsody, and many many more!

After wowing audiences with her heart-warming, acoustic rendition of “Today Today”, Aramide is back with her debut singles “I Don’t Mind” and “It’s Over”. In “I Don’t Mind” Aramide shines vocally over the lush instrumentation of a 70’s big band and triumphant horns. Known for her acoustic prowess while crooning smooth melodies, Aramide puts down the guitar and showcases her versatility and powerful vocals as she belts out a defiant and fierce defense of her love against the doubters and naysayers.
Haunting piano keys then introduce us to “It’s Over” as Aramide recounts lost love and the process of moving on while emphatically insisting that there will be no second chances. Starting shyly with recollections of her relationship, the talented songstress’ voice booms stronger as her conviction that the relationship is over grows from verse to verse. Aramide delivers a stirring vocal performance that anyone who has tried to end a relationship can relate to.
The Trybe Records signee is currently putting the finishing touches on her debut album. In the meantime, watch, enjoy, and share.

As soon as fans see the wide shot of white sand dunes just below a too-blue-to-be-true horizon, and hear the fist-pumping synths – they know its eLDee’s “Higher”. However, the most memorable moment occurs right after the Trybe Records logo flashes on the screen, as the camera zooms from an eagle eye’s view far above the sand, all the way to eLDee’s eye as he awakes.
With “Higher” serving as the sequel to the smash-hit wedding song “Today Today”, the ante was upped to produce an even more eye-catching video. Join us for this exclusive peek behind the scenes to see how some captivating scenery coupled with even more amazing technology, created some of this video’s most lasting images.
